1. 📍 Delivery Areas

Bonoya provides delivery services across Bangladesh.

✅ Inside Dhaka City

  • Fast and reliable delivery within Dhaka city limits
  • Ideal for plants, tools, fertilizers, soil, and garden accessories

✅ Outside Dhaka

  • Nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners
  • Delivery availability may vary based on location and courier coverage

⚠️ Live Plants & Special Items

  • Live plants, large tubs, soil bags, or fragile items may have delivery limitations outside Dhaka
  • In such cases, our team will contact you to adjust delivery method, timing, or charges if needed

2. ⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka

  • 1–2 business days after order confirmation

Outside Dhaka

  • 2–5 business days depending on location and courier service

⏳ Delivery time may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • High order volume or peak seasons
  • Public holidays or strikes

3. 💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Parcel weight and size
  • Delivery location (Inside or Outside Dhaka)
  • Courier partner rates

General Shipping Rate

  • Standard delivery charges usually start from ৳60–৳120 depending on the area
  • Large, heavy, or bulky items such as soil bags, large tubs, planters, or bulk orders may incur additional delivery charges

Final shipping cost will be confirmed during checkout or by our support team.

4. 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bonoya offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Bangladesh.

✔ How COD Works

  • Place your order on our website or social media
  • Select Cash on Delivery at checkout
  • Pay the amount in cash when the courier delivers your parcel

⚠ COD Limitations

COD may not be available for:

  • High-value orders
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Certain remote locations
  • Live plants or special items (case-by-case basis)

If COD is unavailable, our team will contact you with prepaid or alternative payment options.

5. ☎️ Order Verification

  • For COD orders, Bonoya may verify:
    • Customer name
    • Phone number
    • Delivery address
  • Unverified or unreachable COD orders may be delayed or cancelled
  • Prepaid orders are processed immediately without additional verification

6. 📦 Packaging & Product Safety

We take extra care to ensure safe delivery:

  • Fragile items such as pots, sprayers, and tools are bubble-wrapped
  • Fertilizers, pesticides, and soil are sealed to prevent leakage
  • Live plants are packed with:
    • Air holes for ventilation
    • Moisture protection to reduce stress during transit

⚠️ We cannot guarantee plant condition if:

  • Delivery is delayed by the courier
  • The customer is unavailable to receive the parcel on the delivery day

7. ❌ Failed or Missed Deliveries

A delivery may fail due to:

  • Customer phone number being unreachable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available at delivery time

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in order cancellation

8. 📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive:

  • Order confirmation message
  • Courier tracking ID (where applicable)

9. 📸 Damaged Items During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos or videos immediately
  • Contact us within:
    • 24 hours for live plants
    • 48 hours for other products

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
